About the role:
The Director General Product Marketing & Management is responsible for advancing business growth by promoting the organization's products and services. This role involves developing and implementing advertising campaigns, conducting market research, and managing product planning and development. By aligning marketing efforts with business goals, this role supports Takeda's mission to deliver Better Health and a Brighter Future.
How you will contribute:
* Develop and implement advertising and promotional campaigns
* Conduct market research to identify and predict consumer trends
* Manage product planning and development, including P&L activity and ROI analysis
* Create and distribute promotional materials
* Lead and manage a department or small unit, including multiple teams led by Managers and Team Leaders
* Provide strategic direction and oversight to managers across various functional areas
* Communicate and influence executive leadership to ensure successful execution of major initiatives
