Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Unleash the power of Data, Digital and Technology to achieve China Elevation Plan by building strategic capabilities
  • Be partnership with all relevant BUs/BFs, with a strategic mindset, able to take business priorities, in-depth understanding of the commercial business with the ability to influence, challenge and innovate to enable commercial strategic imperatives.
  • Digital Channel Development:
    • Assist line manager to develop and implement a comprehensive digital channel roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and goals.
    • Identify and prioritize the most effective digital channels for reaching target audiences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, medical affairs, and IT, to integrate digital initiatives with other business activities and ensure seamless execution.
  • Digital Brand Planning and Execution:
    • Plan and execute a wide range of digital branding, development and management of digital assets, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to deliver high-quality digital services and solutions, and manage relationships to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Establish KPI and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital channels and activities and regularly track and analyze performance data.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of digital activities and recommend adjustments or improvements as needed.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure that all digital activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations, data privacy laws, and industry guidelines, and implement processes to monitor and mitigate compliance risks.

Requirements

  • Commercial Acumen:
    • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial and market dynamics.
    • Ability to develop and execute digital channel that enhance HCP engagement.
  • Regulatory Knowledge:
    • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
    • Experience in talent attraction, development, and retention.
  • Project Management:
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex initiatives.
    • Experience in monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

Level of Education

Marketing / medical / sales / digital background preferred

Bachelor Degree is a must, MBA preferred

Working Experience in Relevant Field

10 - 15 years experiences in digital / innovation strategy, digital marketing, or innovation projects, experiences in pharmaceutical industry

Consulting background preferred

Professional Knowledge and Skills
