Job Description

Missão:

Atuar impactando diretamente na jornada dos pacientes com CMV Pós Transplante mapeando gargalos, desenvolvendo soluções e implementando projetos. Esta pessoa terá um papel proativo nas etapas chave do processo de acesso público e privado

Principais responsabilidades:

Mapear e priorizar os principais Centros de Transplantes (privados e públicos).
Identificar oportunidades e necessidades não atendidas da jornada dos pacientes pós transplantados nestes Centros de Transplantes.
Propor e desenvolver soluções para mitigar barreiras que impeçam os pacientes de serem diagnosticados, tratados ou terem adesão ao tratamento.
Coordenar recursos da Takeda para fornecer o melhor resultado para o paciente.
Entender, mapear e influenciar os principais stakeholders ao longo da jornada do paciente.
Promover conceitos importantes sobre doença e portfólio da Takeda nas indicações de bula.
Buscar oportunidades de acesso em mercados privados e públicos descentralizados, incluindo propostas de condições comerciais de acordo com a política Takeda de preços aprovada.
Apoiar e desenvolver protocolos dos produtos-alvo em principais pagadores, instituições privadas e centros de referência públicos. Nas contas estratégicas Takeda (SAMs), trabalhar em sinergia e alinhado com o Gerente de Customer Facing responsável.

Pré requisitos:

Ensino superior completo;
Residir na região metropolitana de São Paulo/SP;
CNH B ativa;
Disponibilidade para períodos de viagens, inclusive com deslocamentos aéreos;
Necessária experiência em atividades relacionadas à geração de demanda hospitalar ou acesso;
Desejável conhecimento na área de acesso privado;
Elegibilidade internos: representante sênior e acima | consultor pleno e acima;
Comprometimento em aprimorar e abraçar a cultura de DE&I.
