Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Location: Rieti

Objective:

  • Support Warehouse operative mechaning to ensure EHS and GMP standards

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance WH standards

  • Lead cycle cointing process from generation to data analysis, includind KPIs

  • Support the implementation of new projects

Responsibilities of Warehouse Specialist are the following:

ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Support Warehouse operative mechaning to ensure EHS and GMP standards

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance WH standard and assure process monitoring

  • Lead cycle cointing process from generation to data analysis, includind KPIs

  • Maintain JDE/DcLink configuration updated

  • Problem solver for issues on product/materials from the receiving to consumption/shipping

  • Collaborate with EHS, Maintance and Quality department to ensure EHS and GMP standards

  • Support custom and trade compliance activities

  • Support the implementation of the new projects

  • Back up for material receiving approval and quality deviations activities

Job Description / Role Profile

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise

  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and ERP system

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain – Warehouse main processes

  • Fluent in English and Italian languages

  • Leadership (Vision, strategy and business alignment, people management, communication, influencing others, managing change)

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Problem solving and ability to manage critical situations

  • Good influencing skills and alignment with company strategy

Decision-making and Autonomy

  • Ability to proper organize and prioritize activities

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Good stress management skills

  • Excellent analytic and problem solving skills

  • Ability to make decisions autonomously

  • Be able to successfully collaborate with a multi-departments teams

Qualifications:

  • Engineering or technical degree

  • Fluent in English and Italian languages

  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and ERP system

  • Aptitude to problem solving and Lean Thinking

  • Good communication and team working skills

  • 1 year experience in the same position required
