Job Title: QA Micro Analyst

Location: Rieti


-Assicura il rispetto delle cGMP’s, cGDP’s e procedure Takeda definendo e mantenento la collaborazione tra Qualità e Produzione.

-Partecipa ai risultati relativi alla qualità del prodotto e alla conformità ai requisiti regolatori e procedure.


  • Eseguire attività di monitoraggio e controllo del bioburden degli intermedi di processo, dei sistemi critici e di supporto e delle aree classificate partecipando all’esecuzione di un programma di controllo “on the floor” mirato a garantire il rispetto dei requisiti GMP al fine di prevenire la contaminazione dei prodotti.

  • Eseguire investigazioni relative a risultati fuori limite riguardanti il bioburden degli intermedi di processo, dei sistemi critici e di supporto, delle aree classificate e delle attrezzature, supportando l’implementazione di azioni correttive, preventive e di miglioramento.

  • Redigere la documentazione relativa al programma di Cleaning Verification dello stabilimento di Rieti, che include la verifica periodica, la valutazione dei dati con definizione dei limiti e la rivalutazione del programma stesso.

  • Eseguire il programma di cleaning verification mediante preparazione dei campioni e scheduling delle relative attività di campionamento.


  • Laurea in discipline scientifiche e conoscenza delle regolamentazioni applicabili al settore farmaceutico.

  • Almeno due anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile.

  • Conoscenza dell'analisi delle cause radice e competenze in ambito digitale.

  • Buone capacità analitiche con conoscenza degli strumenti statistici e capacità di problem solving.

  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e leadership.

  • Buone abilità di scrittura tecnica e capacità di presentazione.

  • Buona capacità di gestire il lavoro in autonomia.

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e orale).
