Job Description

The Quality Operations IV role is responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and product outputs. This includes defining activities, processes, and standards to meet quality requirements, auditing and monitoring processes, and reporting on deviations and defects. This role supports Takeda's mission by maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in all operations.

How you will contribute:
* Define and specify activities, processes, and standards to fulfill quality requirements
* Audit and monitor processes to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
* Conduct product integrity testing and ensure orders meet quality requirements
* Report on process deviations and defects
* Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and validations
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high-quality outputs
* Provide expert technical support during quality inspections and evaluations

Skills and qualifications:
* Applies advanced knowledge of Quality Assurance to oversee and improve quality processes
* Conducts audits independently, ensuring compliance with complex regulatory environments
* Provides expert technical support during quality inspections and evaluations
* Analyzes statistical data to make informed decisions about quality control measures
* Leads process improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and validations
* Navigates and applies regulatory knowledge adeptly to maintain compliance
* Solves complex problems using a detailed and knowledgeable approach
* Collaborates with team members and other departments to foster a high-quality output
* Communicates technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
* Manages quality control tasks with a high level of expertise and attention to detail
* Plans and strategizes effectively to anticipate and mitigate potential quality issues
* Guides less experienced colleagues, enhancing team knowledge and capabilities

As this level you will apply your comprehensive technical expertise, gained from a high school diploma and relevant working experience, to solve complex problems. Your proficiency allows you to work independently, often serving as a resource for less experienced colleagues. Errors in this role are impactful, necessitating a thorough approach to your work. You will collaborate within and outside your department, requiring minimal guidance on routine tasks.
