ABOUT THE ROLE
In questo ruolo, si assicurerà il rispetto delle cGMP, cGDP e delle procedure Takeda, definendo e mantenendo una stretta collaborazione tra Qualità e Produzione, e parteciperà al raggiungimento dei risultati relativi alla qualità del prodotto e alla conformità ai requisiti normativi e alle procedure.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Eseguire attività di monitoraggio e controllo del bioburden degli intermedi di processo, dei sistemi critici e di supporto e delle aree classificate partecipando all’esecuzione di un programma di controllo “on the floor” mirato a garantire il rispetto dei requisiti GMP al fine di prevenire la contaminazione dei prodotti
  • Eseguire investigazioni relative a risultati fuori limite relativi al bioburden degli intermedi di processo, dei sistemi critici e di supporto, delle aree classificate delle attrezzature e supportare l’implementazione di azioni correttive, preventive e di miglioramento
  • Scrivere la documentazione relativa al programma di Cleaning Verification dello stabilimento di Rieti che include la verifica periodica, la valutazione dei dati con definizione dei limiti e la rivalutazione del programma stesso
  • Eseguire il programma di cleaning verification mediante preparazione dei campioni e scheduling delle relative attività di campionamento

WHAT YOU BRING TO TAKEDA

  • Laurea in discipline scientifiche e conoscenza delle normative del settore farmaceutico
  • Conoscenza della root cause analysis e competenze in ambito digitale
  • Conoscenza degli strumenti statistici applicati al problem solving e buone capacità analitiche
  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia, con competenze nella scrittura tecnica, nel problem solving e nella gestione delle investigazioni
  • Abilità di comunicazione e negoziazione con i reparti di Produzione, Ingegneria, Manutenzione e Qualità
  • Competenze in comunicazione, negoziazione e leadership
  • Ottime abilità di scrittura tecnica e di presentazione
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
