Job Title: Warehouse Automation Expert

Location: Rieti

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE:

  • Segue lo sviluppo ed implemetazione operativa del nuovo magazzino automatizzato per la gestione della cold chain
  • Responsabile del corretto flusso di inbound/outbound Plasma/Prodotti intermedi sul magazzino automatizzato
  • Propone, supporta e guida iniziative di automation/digital transformation in area magazzino

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Segue l’esecuzione di test necessari all’implementazione del nuovo magazzino cold room
  • Redige SOP di gestione impianto in accordo alle cGMP e requisiti EHS di sito
  • Assicura il corretto funzionamento dei sistemi IT a supporto del nuovo magazzino
  • Responsabile per l’addestramento del personale sulla gestione del nuovo magazzino
  • Responsabile per attività di problem solving legate alla routine giornaliera per l’area di competenza
  • Guida e supporta attività di improvement in area automation per reparto magazzino.

  • Segue le riunioni di progetto scalando problematiche al diretto responsabile
  • Responsabile di garantire l’allineamento tra funzioni in merito a nuovi flussi/processi
  • Responsabile per la formazione del personale in area nuovo magazzino
  • Punto di contatto per la risoluzione di problemi operativi relativi al nuovo magazzino
  • Individua improvement necessari a migliorare sicurezza, qualità ed efficienza delle operation
  • Realizza reportistica sui principali KPI area di competenza

DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS:

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise

  • Backgrond in gestione di magazzini automatizzati WMS, meglio se in ambienti freddi
  • Formazione in ambito automation,conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione e gestionale ERP JDEdwards, rappresenta valore aggiunto conoscenza sistema Swisslog
  • Buone capacità di problem solving, decision making, gestione dei conflitti
  • Conoscenza cGMP/ requisiti EHS

Leadership(Vision, strategy and business alignment, people management, communication, influencing others, managing change)

  • Abilità nel gestire la comunicazione con stakeholders interni/ esterni
  • Abilità coaching e leadership per sviluppare le competenze dell’organizzazione operativa

Decision-making and Autonomy

  • Gestisce in autonomia l’organizzazione delle attività giornaliere risolvendo problematiche e comprendendo quando è necessario escalare al proprio responsabile.
  • Guida/ Partecipa a riunioni di problema solving dell’area di appartenenza

Interaction

  • Si relaziona proattivamete con i principali Stakeholders: Produzione, qualità, manutenzione, ingegneria, EHS, Automation, Planning,
  • Si relazione con reparto BE al fine di promuovere improvement di reparto

  • Esperienza in progetti di innovazione, ottimizzazione
  • Conoscenza Project management
  • Passione per lo sviluppo di soluzioni digital volte all’efficientamento dell’organizzazione

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Laurea in discipline Scientifiche ( Ing Gestionale, Inustriale, Informatica ed affini )
  • Inglese Fluente
  • Esperienza pregressa in gestione magazzini automatizzati
  • Conoscenza ERP JDE, linguaggi di programmazione, WMS industria farmaceutica
