We are currently seeking a Pricing & Alliance Manager, to be based in our local country organization in Petach Tikva.

Role Objective

  • Responsibility for implementation of pricing tactics and frameworks, facilitate Takeda global pricing policy
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers in purchase departments to support current and future products objectives
  • Explore new business opportunities in order to expand business
  • Ensure relationships with the partners, focus on PA (Palestinian Authority) performance, remain well managed and mutually beneficial to both parties. The main objective of an alliance manager is to increase long-term revenue as well as performance of the company

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Pricing

  • Prepares customer-tailored value proposition for high-level pricing
  • Initiates, develops and executes pricing and contract strategies that relate to competitive products and new entrant's market position and formulate a competitive response that ensure financial goals are met
  • Align with marketing, market access and finance to evaluate and recommend effective contract and value-based access strategies, analysis, negotiation, and pricing tools and strategies for all current and future products
  • Facilitate PriceRight according to Global pricing governance, align with their timelines 
  • Tender Champion responsibility according to tenders’ governance
  • Development & providing as needed, economy assessments, economy models, risk sharing schemes and payer solutions for national reimbursement, Rx launch, SFs listing and supplementary insurances.
  • Build a win-win business relationship with purchase departments and KDMs, best thing for both fast short term and long term results, for building customers relationship
  • Participate in the cross-functional team work, in order to prepare and expose the market for our new brands/indications.
  • Provide key and, on request, detailed product information
  • Use available resources and invest according to business plan
  • Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which are likely to affect the performance and potential of the products

Alliance Management

  • Maximize partnership performance
  • Responsible for the alliance and have to look after all the aspects regarding it
  • Ensure the legality of the alliance by seeing to it that all legal conditions are met and all the proper registration are done
  • Make reports about the performance of the alliance and submit to the management
  • Look into their working condition and solve any disputes that arise
  • Review the joint venture after small intervals and make suggestions to improve performance
  • Create and implement business plans for partners
  • Review report and financial status and modify plans

Administration, monitoring and controlling

  • Ensures that quality standards and legal & internal requirements are met, and Takeda remains responsible to its corporate values, employees, customers, and stakeholders
  • Monitoring compliance related regulations / industry association positions to proactively identify emerging regulatory issues, development of industry practices and standards, and compliance risk trends
  • Ensures policies and procedures are in line with local laws and regulations, as well as compliant with Takeda SOP

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of strategic and analytical thinking around a product, initiative, drive, and commitment
  • Ability to ensure overall value proposition development
  • Demonstrate high level in negotiation skills
  • Have a winning attitude and a passion for the Takeda Brands
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers to support current and future products objectives
  • Understand environment, potential, and needs and then provide customized solutions with our products and services, preferably innovative services, and then obtaining firm commitment.
