Job Description
FINALITE DE LA FONCTION
En tant qu’Alternant(e) Business RH, vous serez chargé(e) de soutenir les activités opérationnelles et stratégiques du service. Sous la supervision du Responsable RH, l'apprenti(e) contribuera à divers projets et initiatives visant à promouvoir le bien-être des salariés et à optimiser les processus RH de l'entreprise.
Missions principals
- Suivre l’évolution de l’organisation de Takeda en proposant des actions conformes à la stratégie de l’entreprise, à sa convention collective et au droit du travail
- Assister à la gestion administrative des dossiers du personnel, y compris la collecte et la mise à jour des informations, la gestion des contrats de travail, en collaboration avec l’équipe People Solutions et Coordination de paie/Administration.
- Accompagner des managers dans la mise à jour de la fiche de fonction de leur service
- Participer aux différents audits de l’entreprise
- Mener à bien le processus du management de la performance : Fixations des objectifs, Evaluation de la performance, Révision salariale
- Accompagner des managers de mieux suivre l’outil « Career Navigator »
- Accompagner des managers aux Bonnes Pratiques du business RH. Apporter appui et conseil auprès des managers sur les fondamentaux en matière du développement de carrière, gestion des talents.
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de politiques RH en lien avec la législation du travail et les bonnes pratiques en matière de ressources humaines.
- Accompagner le RRH sur le déploiement de divers projets du Global/EUCAN, participer aux projets RH locaux : Well-being, Entretien de la Charge de travail, communication interne RH, etc.
- Travailler étroitement avec les parties prenantes en interne pour développer la politique de la RSE au sein de l’entreprise
Profil:
- De formation HR Management (Master 2), vous souhaitez acquérir une expérience significative au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines en mettant en pratique vos connaissances en RH/Management.
- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et respect des délais
- Sens de la rédaction, d’analyses et de synthèse, une bonne connaissance de l’anglais, des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office) et vous êtes apte à travailler sur des divers sujets
- Vous aimez le travail en équipe, capacité à travailler en collaboration avec différents interlocuteurs
