Job Description
OBJECTIVES
• TDC-Jにおけるノンコアな業務(例:購買、ビジネス管理、文書管理)に関連するBPRイニシアチブをリードする。
• BPRを通じて確立されたTDC-J従業員向けのP2P(購買から支払いまでのEnd to Endのプロセス)のオーナーシップを保持、運用管理を行う。
• TDC-JだけでなくTSHO R&Dも含め、R&D Japan全体のプロセスを統合、および合理化ための機会を特定する。さらにソリューションの立案、実装を行う。
• グローバルソリューション(グローバル組織で標準化された運用やシステム)に対して日本ローカルの要件を織り込んだ運用モデルを維持し、生産性を向上させるための継続的な改善を実行、日本のR&Dスタッフがパイプライン作業に集中できるようにする。
- Lead process redesign initiatives in relation to non-core R&D activities in TDC-J (e.g. procurement, business administration, document management).
- Manage the P2P, Procure to Pay, operational support model for TDC-J employees established through the process redesign initiative.
- Identify opportunities, design and implement solution to integrate, consolidate, and streamline processes across R&D Japan, not only TDC-J but also TSHO R&D.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement of the operating model to increase productivity while aligning global solutions with local needs to enable R&D staff in Japan to focus on pipeline work.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• グローバル組織全体/各 R&D拠点、およびR&D組織の外部/内部の状況(例:組織、RACI、リソース)を踏まえ、TDC-Jの購買領域における運用モデルの設計図を策定する。
• GDO傘下の組織であるパートナーシップヘルス&サプライヤーマネジメント(PH&SM)と連携し、設計した運用モデルを実装する。
• 実装したAriba P2P/IVT(購買、支払のシステム)に基づいたP2P運用モデルを運用する。アウトソーシングリソース、デジタル活用しながら継続的な改善を行う、またグローバルソリューションおよびローカル規制に準拠した運営を行う。
• TBS Global/Japan、R&D Procurement、R&D Finance、R&D Business Operation、Research/PharmaSci./ TDC-Jなどのステークホルダーと良好な関係を構築する。
• カスタマー(R&D Japanの従業員)からのフィードバック、および客観的な視点での現状分析に基づいて最適化の機会を特定する。
• 生産性の向上、効率の改善、および冗長性の最適化(形骸化されたプロセスおよびシステムをなくし、役割および責任および組織全体のプロセスの簡素化)によって、日本のR&D従業員に価値を提供するためのイニシアチブをリードする。
- Describe blueprint the procurement operational model for TDC-J with various current global/regional and external/internal R&D situation (e.g. organization, RACI, resource).
- Implement the proposed model at Osaka site with alignment of key stakeholders in TDC-J, especially Partnership Health & Supplier Management (PH&SM) under GDO.
- Manage the implemented P2P operating model by utilizing outsourced resources, continuously improving to streamline employees’ procurement and administrative tasks through Ariba PTP, etc., while ensuring compliance with global solutions and local regulations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders such as TBS global/Japan, R&D Procurement, R&D Finance, R&D Business Operations, and Research/PharmSci/TDC-J.
- Identify opportunities for optimization based on user feedback and observations.
- Lead initiatives to deliver value to R&D employees in Japan by increasing productivity, improving efficiency and optimizing redundancies. (Elimination of skeletal processes and systems, simplification of roles and responsibilities and processes across the organization).
