Senior Security Manager (f/m/d)
The Senior Security Expert is responsible for overseeing all aspects of security management, developing and maintaining technical security infrastructure. This role will ensure the protection of the organization’s assets, employees, and reputation.
How you will contribute:
Security Management:
Oversee daily security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of all facilities, staff, and assets.
Develop, implement and update security policies, standards and guidelines.
Manage relationships with security vendors, contractors, and local law enforcement agencies.
Building Technical Security Infrastructure:
Lead the design, development and implementation of a robust technical security infrastructure
Manage the selection, installation, and maintenance of physical security technologies like CCTV, biometric access control, and alarm systems.
Emergency Response and Crisis Management:
Coordinate and lead crisis management teams
Conduct regular drills and simulations to test and refine emergency response procedures.
Risk Management:
Collaborate with relevant teams to implement risk management measures that align with required controls.
Verify effectiveness of implemented barriers.
Act as focal point for all security risks related topics.
In this position you will report to the Director Site EHS.
What you bring to Takeda:
Bachelor's degree in technical or commercial profession, or similar education level in military or law enforcement positions.
Several years experience in security management, technical security infrastructure or a related role.
Strong knowledge of security technologies and systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection).
Experienced in emergency response, crisis management and strong project management skills.
Certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or Crisis Management Professional (CMP) are a plus.
Very good knowledge in english and good communication skills in german.
