Job Description
About the role:
The Transformation Lead drives and manages transformative plans in Takeda. We are looking for a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, project management & digital skills to ensure successful execution of transformation projects aligning with our goals. Coaching will engage people through the transformational change while well being is improved.
The Transformation Lead will report to the Site Head. You will work across the site to identify and resolve issues to allow the site to achieve its Governance Pillars in EHS, Quality, Value, People and Delivery.
How you will contribute:
Lead the Transformation Program which purpose is to define, propose, make the endorsement of organizational & processes improvements to strongly simplify and gain agility
Develop and implement transformation strategies to improve business performance.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives on time and within budget.
Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
Monitor progress of transformation initiatives and adjust as necessary.
Analyze data to assess the impact of transformation plans
Provide leadership and guidance to team members to foster a culture of simplification, lean and continuous improvement
Report on project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Critical / Key skills:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in sciences, business excellence or business administration or related Discipline. A master diploma is desirable.
Lean Black Belt certification desirable, minimum a Lead certificate (green belt or other)
Strong expert in Lean tools (ex: VSM,
Capability in developing people and teams with at least 8 years’ experience in the business excellence with proven track record in transformation plans.
Proven record of accomplishments of working in a Pharma/Biopharma company or related industry is desirable.
Proven ability around working cross functionally, focusing on tracking to schedules and embracing an interdependent work culture.
Experience working in a GMP/regulated environment is desirable.
Good knowledge of developing and improving site planning systems.
Knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing location.
Lead approved projects and continuous improvement plans according to the site strategies.
Language & IT Skills:
Fluent in English
French mother tongue
ERP proficient (SAP/E1…)
Knowledge of current warehouse technologies
Key Skills, Abilities & Competencies:
Ability to translate the vision and goals of the company and site to the Self-directed teams.
Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills

Important Considerations
At Takeda, our patients rely on us to create quality products and we aim to create a safe environment for our team members. As a result, we must follow strict rules in our manufacturing facilities to ensure we are not endangering the quality of the product or putting anyone at the site in harm's way. In this role, you may:
Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.
Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
Work in a cold, wet environment.
Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.
Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection.
