Job Description
About the role:
Join our dynamic team as a QC Supervisor, where you'll help ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our laboratory operations. Collaborating with the QC Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of test results promptly while upholding the highest standards of quality management practices. Additionally, you'll step into a managerial capacity, providing backup support and contributing to the seamless flow of our quality assurance processes. How you will contribute:
You will ensure that all in-process samples, raw material and final products are analyzed following SOPs and regulatory requirements with applicable GMP’s and standards.
You will be the laboratory ambassador and enforce all policies, including safety and security practices.
Monitor the testing techniques and the accuracy and completeness of all records and documentation.
Manage your team of QC analysts ( coaching, mentoring, guidance) and ensure the completion of the annual performance review.
Troubleshoot lab equipment's and methods execution.
Drive continuous improvement in the lab (5S).
Oversee the deviations and Lab Investigations. Initiate and support related CAPAs.
Ensure audit readiness in laboratory, subjects preparation and presentation during audit.
Ensure availability of required testing capabilities and supportive documentation.
Ensure the constant readiness of the lab for the release activities
What you bring to Takeda:
You bring a Master degree (or equivalent) or 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry / Biotechnology with Experience in a Quality control lab : 4 years minium.
People management experience (4 years minimum) you demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead and support the QC analyst team ( 10 members).
An understanding of GMP, ICH, USP and global compendia regulations and guidance's.
Knowledgeable in inspection against Regulatory / Quality standards.
You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and know when to escalate issues for resolution.
Strong project management skills to support project delivery and operational readiness.
Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
Fluent in French and English (B2 written and spoken).
You have good communication with customers and suppliers
