At Zydus Takeda Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. , Navi Mumbai, we are looking out for a passionate leader to optimize our maintenance program! As a Site Reliability Centered Maintenance Lead to drive drive impactful projects like RCM, process optimization, and digital transformation!

Qualification

  • Education (minimum/desirable): University degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: At least 10 years (with 1-2 years in Lead / Deputy- Lead role) of handling MFU (Maintenance, Facility, Utility) on a Reliability centered maintenance (RCM) program. Hands on working experience in Planning and RCM through digitized platform like CMMS/ SAP-PM, KNEAT-Paperless Validation
  • Experience from any chemical or API manufacturing industry

Accountabilities

  • As Site RCM lead shall ensure effective planning, Maintenance of the Equipment, Facility & Utility
  • Lead troubleshooting and optimization of maintenance program
  • Span of control
    • Budget: Spares Management, Services, AMC, Asset Life cycle review and Capex proposal, Obsolescence Management for Equipment, Facility, Utility
    • Resources:  1- 10 resources (Planner, Maint. Executive, Maint. Tech, Reliability Tech.)
  • Drive projects related to RCM, Process Optimization, Digital projects for paperless & DI,
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory standards while maintaining data integrity and Good Engineering Practices.
  • Provide technical support for delivering all Quality & Safety related activity like EHS Technical standards, Quality Assessment upgrades etc
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Asset are kept healthy, safe and efficient for manufacturing.
  • Ensure all equipment’s, Facility is compliant to Statutory activity related to Factory Act & other guidance’s
  • Track, Analyse & improve KPIs related to Life cycle Asset and Maintenance program.
  • Upkeep all data & Records in CMMS / SAP-PM ad CMMS  Admin
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve Asset Reliability & reduce down time through effective implementation of Six Sigma attributes.
  • Continually improve Asset reliability through Asset Life Cycle review and re-capitalization of Assets
  • SPOC for audits and ensure readiness for internal and external inspections for MFU (Maintenance, Facility & Utility) vertical

Must Have In-depth Knowledge & application at

  • Chemical API Manufacturing equipment’s like but not limited to Reactors, Centrifuges, Dryers, Mills, Sieving units, Utilities, Piping, Water systems.
  • Should have hand on in area of Reliability attributes like Condition Monitoring & related instruments, Data analysis, FMEA, RCA, APMS (Asset performance Management system) etc
  • Proficiency in developing long term Asset reliability programs.
  • Sound knowledge of Six Sigma attributes & application
  • Solid understanding and development of Facility Layouts, Zoning Concepts, P&ID
  • Comprehensive understanding of Data integrity, Quality culture, EHS standards
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including cGMP and ISO standards.
  • Proficiency in planning & utilizing CMMS / SAP-PM systems and need to be SPOC for CMMS at site
  • Lead continuous improvement and reliability initiatives that includes development of multiyear road maps
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for process equipment’s.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external service providers.
