Graphic Design Trainee - Communications Department

Job Overview
This full-time trainee position will support our Communication team by creating high-quality, engaging digital content that aligns with Takeda’s broader strategy. From compelling audiovisuals to dynamic graphic design, you will produce impactful materials for internal and external platforms.
Beyond your technical skills, we seek a creative professional with strong aesthetic sensitivity, visual storytelling abilities, and adaptability to deliver polished content across campaigns, presentations, events, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit multimedia content: Ensure video, graphic, and photo projects are visually engaging, high-quality, and aligned with branding.
Tailor content for diverse formats: Optimize visuals for platforms such as social media, corporate screens, websites, and presentations.
Collaborate strategically: Work closely with the Communications team to translate messaging goals into creative visuals that captivate audiences.
Support production processes: Take charge of video filming, editing, and post-production while assisting with photo editing tasks.
Contribute to creative campaigns: Develop innovative and aesthetic designs for internal campaigns, events, and impactful storytelling assets.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, or related fields.
Mandatory Skills: English fluency (written and spoken); advanced proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and Canva.
Creative & professional abilities: High attention to detail, rapid production skills, familiarity with digital marketing trends, and contemporary visual design approaches.
Team spirit: Motivation to grow and thrive as part of a dynamic communication team, contributing creativity and impactful ideas.
