Job Description

You will be an integral part of the OLT (operations leadership team), partnering with SC, MFG, Quality, and Eng to manage our KPIs.

What you Will Do:

Financial analysis & Reporting:

  • Lead all aspects of cost of goods and inventory management processes. Establish efficient and effective processes and measure what matters in a way that provides appropriate real time insights
  • Drive standardized and clear financial reporting to key site level and business level metrics (scrap, yield, opex, productivity metrics, cost accounting) to ensure sound manufacturing execution and behaviors are applied by plant operation teams
  • Develop robust scorecards and dashboards to provide visibility on performance

Planning & Forecasting

  • Oversee development of annual budget and periodic forecasting requirements for site. Identify business risks and mitigating opportunities during the quarter to enable the delivery of financial targets

Business Partnership & Leadership

  • Help develop a robust operations finance team
  • Lead critical initiatives across multiple functions to improve operations profitability and achieve our financial goals.
  • Provide strategic financial partnership and direction to the site to optimize margins through overhead cost management, capital optimization and productivity.
  • Owns the monthly financial review processes with reporting, analysis of variances and action planning.
  • Works with internal customers to understand their reporting needs and deliver clear financial reports and in process KPI’s that allows teams to proactively deliver their team goals.
  • Develop the 3-year financial plan (MRP) for the site for operations to include product volumes material costs, and overhead
  • Develop in depth understanding of financial systems being used and how it affects financial reporting.
  • Lead execution of financial planning processes for the organization, including but not limited to: forecasts, budgeting, mid-range plan.
  • Drive the capital policy, evaluate new capital requirements and participate to the project prioritization.
  • Sustained performance through lean leadership, robust learning and development planning, organization talent reviews and communication planning.

  • Ability to challenge the status quo with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven ability in using a wide variety of lean tools and building capability within teams.
  • Effective communicator with a proven ability to grow talent and future leaders.
  • Identifying and communicating risks in area of responsibility and across the site.
  • Creating strategies and plans to manage risk within Finance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.  A post-graduate qualification (MSc., PhD or MBA) is desired.
  • 6+ years of related experience
  • Strong working knowledge of financial and non-financial metrics and product costing.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$108,500.00 - $170,500.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives.
