Job Description

Takeda UK Ltd is seeking an Operations Assurance Partner

This vital role centres on supporting the Training Process, managing non-GXP Document Control, and supporting the Self-Assessment procedures. While you will assist in the deviations and CAPA processes for non-GXP SOPs, your primary focus will be on enhancing our training systems, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of our documentation, and collaborating on self-assessment activities to maintain our high standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational self-assessment of non-GXP processes, identifying risks and recommending enhancements.
  • Maintain and manage training allocation for UK and IE MCO personnel in line with local and global standards.
  • Manage the allocation of non-SOP training via our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage controlled documents related to non-GXP SOPs in the Document Management System (DMS)
  • Create and maintain reports and trackers related to Quality activities.

Qualifications:

  • BSc in a scientific discipline or A-Levels with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years in the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Experience with e-Learning Management Systems and Documentation Management Systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with managing quality documentation, SOPs, or experience in internal/external audit is advantageous.

Skills/Attributes:

  • Strong planning and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build successful relationships.
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to assess risks and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and business process literacy.
