This is a vital role within the Supplier Lifecycle Solutions function—a dynamic, team within Takeda Business Solutions. We will contribute to Takeda’s mission by implementing company’s values in daily process.

Here, you will help TBS realize our inspiring vision to build and deliver simplified, innovative solutions by unlocking the value of data for our global business. This, in turn, empowers Takeda’s unwavering commitment to patients.

As a Supplier Lifecycle Solutions Intern, you will be empowered to provide reliable information and end-to-end support in order to create, maintain and analyse.  Reporting to the Supplier Risk Manager, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business, Local Organizations and Procurement.

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

• Management and execution of risk assessment for Takeda suppliers.

• Effective communication with clients and colleagues

• Delivering high data quality

• Provide operational support in data-driven projects and during business meetings

• Ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date

Required qualifications:

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)

• Working knowledge of Excel

• Customer orientation

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Stress resistance, discipline, dedication

• Willingness to learn new things

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in SSC/international environment

• Improvement-oriented mindset (focused on such techniques as Lean/Kaizen)

• Interest/experience in external innovations and automation (ERP, WF, Robotics, AI)

• General curious mindset

• Building relationships and trust through challenging the status quo

• Flexibility, agility
