Job Description
On the Global Manufacturing and Supply (GMS) team at Takeda, you’ll be part of a rapidly transforming industry that’s applying technology and data in new ways. About the Role:
As part of our GQ's Learning Innovation Enterprise implementation strategy the Instructional Designer will support the creation of QMS processes' Overview Microlearnings (low context/knowledge based) videos.Will require engaging with the QMS BPO community, and GQ teams.
- QMS BPO Avatars creation.
- Development of microlearning video scrip using myAibou.
- Prepare microlearning video.
- Generate microlearning video.
- Review/approval of microlearning video in Veeva.
- Publish microlearning videos.
- Translate microlearning videos.
- Support training assignment optimization once microlearning videos are available for assignments for identified audience.

Job Description:

Internship Development Opportunities:
The intern will have an opportunity to:
- learn about QMS and related processes by interaction g with various Business Process Owners.
- learn about quality systems such as Veeva (DMS) and SF (LMS).
- improve collaboration, communication and basic project management skills
Job Requirements:
- This position will be Hybrid and require 2-3 days in the Lexington, MA office per week.
- Must be pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study
- Basic understanding of computer skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering
- Highly reliable and a strong team player
- Flexible with an attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Internship Eligibility
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
- Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2025 or later
- The internship program is 10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates(June 2nd- August 22nd)or(June 16th -August 29th)
- The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates
- Takeda does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support for the U.S Summer Internship Program

Lexington, MAU.S. Hourly Wage Range:
$21.00 - $46.00
The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level to be entered following completion of internship.The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. internship benefits vary by location and may include:
Paid sick time

Commuter Benefit: To offset your work-commute expenses, Takeda provides U.S. employees with a fixed monthly subsidy to be used for either public transportation (transit) or parking.
