Job Description
About the role:
As part of the Data, Digital & Technology team on site, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation, driving meaningful change and shaping the future of how we harness data and technology. As the Scrum Master & Project Manager DD&T in Lessines, you will help guide our teams in adopting Agile practices and delivering modern solutions.
How you will contribute:
Reporting to the Head of DD&T, you will be responsible for:
Agile Facilitation & Scrum Team Support
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Encourage team efficiency and collaboration.
- Remove impediments, promote Agile values and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistency in Agile practices by collaborating with other Scrum Masters.
Project Portfolio Management & Governance
- Govern the Data, Digital & Technologies project portfolio.
- Define and track project KPIs with regular reporting.
- Monitor project progress and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Prioritize and allocate resources with business and IT teams.
Project Management (Waterfall & Agile) and Delivery
- Lead cross-functional projects from drafting to production.
- Define project roadmaps, milestones, and budgets.
- Apply Waterfall principles and manage resource allocation.
- Find and address risks, implement contingency plans, and balance flexibility with structure.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Communicate with partners and manage expectations.
- Ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
- Provide status updates on project progress and milestones.
What you bring to Takeda:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Programming, Production, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles within IT, Data, or Digital environments.
- Relevant certifications: Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II), PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe).
- Experience Waterfall project management (PMBOK, Prince2, V-Model).
- Proficiency in project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, Power BI.
- Proficiency in risk management and business continuity planning.
- Command of technology systems, IT infrastructure, and Agile methodologies
- Analytical skills tailored to IT and Data projects.
- Engage and align across organization while translating complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
- Fluent English and French.
