Job Description
Job Title: EMCI Senior Associate
Location: Lessines, Belgium
About the role:
The Environmental Monitoring Continuous Improvement Senior associate will be responsible for the Investigation and writing of Non Conformity Reports (low, medium and High)
How you will contribute:
the implementation of projects, including protocols writing, SOP revision, trials, new material researchresults compilation
providing EM expertise,
the EM trending analysis and proposing adequate actions plan
Capable of presenting Monthly trending reports
Having a very good knowledge of the activities on the shop floor
YB certified and investigation capabilities demonstrated
May represent the Lessines site during calls within Takeda Network
suggest improvements in either the way of testing, new methods to improve quality, efficiency, safety and digitalization
Is able to use all the relevant software used (MoDA, LIMS, NWA…)
Lead Gemba and can identify investigation lead following Gemba- Capable of finding consensus with collegues (Quality, production, maintenance, validation, project management)
Capabable of training newcomers in EMCI team on deviation, project, trending
Capabable of being Veeva author of document
Capabable of implementing L1 change control
What you bring to Takeda:
Education / experience:
Bachelor/Master degree
Must have knowledge of principles as GMPs, FDA/EMEA guidelines and FMEA.
Background in Applied and Environmental Microbiology (3 years)
Core Competencies / Skills / Leadership Behaviors:
Good communication and collaborative skills
Excellent interpersonal, communicative, and team skills
A strong scientific credibility
Fluency in French and English
Working knowledge of MS Office
Must be self-motivated, results oriented, strong organizational, have good interpersonal skills, capable of analyzing and solving technical problems
