Job Description

A BioLife plazmaközpontok a Takeda biogyógyszeripari vállalat részeként működnek. Vállalkozásunk tevékenysége magyarországi donoroktól vérplazma gyűjtése, fagyasztása a gyógyszergyártáshoz.

Kecskeméti centrumunkba keresünk

Vezető orvost

Főbb feladatok:

A centrum termelési folyamatának felügyelete
Orvos munkatársak és a centrum dolgozóinak oktatása/betanítása, minősítési folyamatban való részvétel
A plazma megfelelő körülmények közötti tárolásának, csomagolásának felügyelete
A donorok felvilágosításának, tájékoztatásának, kivizsgálásának felügyelete és ellenőrzése
Orvos szakmai szempontból a centrum dolgozóinak a felügyelete
Beosztások készítése donorvizsgáló orvosok, donorvizsgálók tekintetében
Ellenőrzéseken, auditokon történő részvétel

Az álláshoz tartozó elvárások:

Orvosi végzettség
Érvényes működési igazolvány
Legalább egy éves gyakorlati tapasztalat orvosként
Vezetői tapasztalat
Kiváló kommunikációs és konfliktuskezelési képesség
Ügyfélközpontúság
Döntéshozatali, szervező- és problémamegoldó képesség
Felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeretek
