主要职责

协助中央市场部活动在区域的执行。结合销售、中央市场、医学部的相关数据分析区域市场发展趋势，积极参与中央市场部品牌建设。区域学术带头人的管理，建立区域讲者体系，与讲者沟通会议幻灯片。目标客户数30人至50人（需经RSM及市场部经理确认），拜访频率1次/季度，每月提交拜访计划及实际，每月更新并递交一次客户档案，要包含讲者。销售部区域活动的策划、监督执行和反馈：15%权重，每月不低于2场的区域活动策划，以RSM/RSD/NSD电子邮件批复为准。

区域竞品信息搜集反馈、销售数据的分析解读：15%权重，1次/月汇报给RSM，并将月报内容抄送给RSD/NSD/PM。

Qualifications &Skills

任职要求

本科及以上学历，医药或相关专业

3年以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验，具有管理经验者为佳

熟练使用计算机办公软件

良好的英语听说读写能力

具有较强的沟通协调能力
