Missão do Cargo

Realizar atividades na área de embalagem de semissólidos envolvendo embalagem primária e secundária. Atividades de revisão, encaixotamento de produtos, montagem e transporte de paletes entre as linhas, conferência de materiais e produto, auxiliar no set-up dos equipamentos executando limpeza das linhas, peças e máquinas, realização de atividades manuais para embalagem dos produtos, preenchimento de documentação de lote/processo, inspeção dos produtos durante processo e operação de equipamentos de baixa complexidade como balanças, transpaleteiras e codificadoras.

Principais Responsabilidades

01. Apoiar em atividades das linhas de embalagem

02. Preenchimento e Encerramento de Documentação

03. Conferência de Materiais e Produtos

04. Movimentação de paletes e materiais entre as linhas

05.Execução de processos de embalagem manual

06. Encaixotamento de produtos em ponta de linha

07. Inspeções dos produtos durante processo

08. Limpeza de peças, equipamentos e área (setup)

09. Reconciliação de materiais e cálculos de perda e rendimento

Formação Acadêmica
Ensino Médio Concluído

Conhecimentos específicos

Conhecimentos em processo de produção em indústria farmacêutica ou áreas correlatas, como Veterinárias e Cosmética, na área de embalagem ou fabricação
Conhecimento em preenchimento de documentação
Noções de cálculos básicos
Conhecimento básicos em operação de equipamentos como balança, transpaleteira, impressora e codificadora
Conhecimento em operação de máquinas de embalagem Envasadoras de Líquidos e Pomadas e Encartuchadeiras será um diferencial.
