Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
The Industrial Controller Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial activities for the Jaguariuna site, part of the Global Manufacturing Supply Chain and Quality organization. This includes managing financial resources, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and providing financial analysis and reporting. The role plays a significant part in guiding financial decisions and strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Manage inventory, cost and expense controls.
- Develop and administer the organizational budget, monitoring adherence across departments.
- Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, enhancing their skills and professional growth.
- Engage with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and manage relationships with external financial consultants and advisors.
Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Economy, Business Administration
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Experience and deep knowledge in such areas: Budget Management, Financial Analysis, Compliance, Strategic Planning, Leadership, Mentoring, Relationship Management, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Control.
