募集部門の紹介

光工場（山口県）は、武田薬品のワクチン生産拠点となっています。品質管理室、ワクチン試験グループは、国民皆様に広く使用されているワクチンだけでなく、開発段階のワクチンも含め、光工場で製造される各種ワクチンを医療現場で安心して使用いただけるよう、出荷前製品の品質試験や安定性試験を実施している部門です。世界中で猛威を振るっている感染症から人々を守るため、ワクチンの品質管理を通じて世の中に貢献してみませんか。きっと、家族、親せき、友人からも感謝されるはずです！

職務内容

• ワクチン商用製品、治験薬のプロジェクトマネジメントまたは補助業務

• 国内外関連部門、提携先からの試験法技術移転、技術的サポート

• 製造部門との協働、試験サポート管理

• 国内外の試験受託機関への試験法技術移転、試験マネジメントなど

応募必須条件

＜学歴＞

・高専、大学（理科系）卒業以上

＜必須経験＞

下記業務の経験、またはそれに相当する業務の経験を有する方。

  • 薬事法、GMPなどの基礎的な規制関連知識のある方

  • 英語メール対応、英語文書の読み書き

  • 医薬品の試験業務、或いはQA業務

望ましい実務経験・スキル

• 英語による日常会話

• ワクチンなど生物製剤の医薬品の品質試験、安定性試験の実務

• 試験法開発

• プロジェクトマネジメントに携わった経験がある方（特に、海外関連先との共同プロジェクト経験）

文書の読み書きができるレベル (TOEICスコア：500点以上が望ましい)

週２－３回程度、テレワーク可能

待遇

諸手当：通勤交通費、借家補助費、勤務時間外手当など

昇給：原則年1回　

賞与: 原則年2回

勤務時間：本社（大阪市中央区・東京都中央区）9:00～17:30 、工場（山口県光市・大阪市淀川区）8:00～16:45 、研究所（神奈川県藤沢市）9:00～17:45

休日：土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など（年間123日程度）

働き方関連制度：フレックスタイム制、テレワーク勤務制導入（対象社員）

休暇：年次有給休暇、特別有給休暇、傷病休暇、ファミリーサポート休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇、子の看護休暇、介護休暇
