【募集部門の紹介】

光工場(山口県)エンジニアリング部は、医薬品製造工場の設備(建築、機器、空調、配管、電気、計装)に関するオーナーズ・エンジニアリング業務(自社の立場に立ったエンジニアリング業務)を実施している部門です。

【職務内容】

医療用医薬品やワクチン等の製造設備について以下の業務に従事いただきます。

・作業指導書に則った製造設備の予防保全

・保全受託業者への指示、管理・監督業務

・報告書および記録書の照査

・保全・修理作業の際に十分な安全対策を実施していることを保証する

・設備のトラブル時の修繕

【必須要件】

・生産設備の機械・電気系の保全実務経験

・口頭および書面による優れたコミュニケーション能力

・作業現場の安全を評価し適切な安全対策を施した経験

【望ましい要件】

・製剤設備の保全経験、または化学系プラントの保全経験

・DCSを扱った経験

・機械および電気制御・PLCに関する専門知識

・GMPの知識

Takeda Compensation and Benefits Summary:

  • Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)

  • Paid Leaves: Annual Paid Leave, Special Paid Leave, Sick Leave, Family Support Leave, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Nursing Leave.
