光工場（山口県）エンジニアリング部は、医薬品製造工場の設備(建築、機器、空調、配管、電気、計装）に関するオーナーズ・エンジニアリング業務（自社の立場に立ったエンジニアリング業務）を実施し光工場のすべての設備のライフサイクル（導入立上げ・運用・更新）を支えている部門です。

光エンジニアリング部のオートメーショングループでは、光工場の工場データサイエンス、ビジネスエクセレンスチームと共同でデジタル（DX）化を推進しています。本ポジションは、豊富なご経験をいかしてGMP製造とマニュファクチャリングシステムにおけるエンジニアリングベストプラクティスを確立していただきます。

職務内容

• Planning, design, introduction and functional improvement of factory automation systems (DCS, packaging line management system, SCADA, BMS, EMS, etc.).

• Oversight the equipment-embedded systems (PLC, SCADA, etc.) and industrial robots to meet  Takeda's technical standards.

• Responsible for executing and adhering to pharmaceutical change control standards and policies.

• Responsible for creating and modifying system specifications and standard operating procedures for the systems supported.

• Support software life cycle efforts to maintain systems current.

• Contribute to developing improved and robust control system strategies for manufacturing processes.

• Required to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with minimal supervision.

• 工場のオートメーションシステム（DCS,包装ライン管理システム、SCADA, BMS, EMS等）の企画・設計・導入及び機能改善を実施する。

• 機器組み込み型システム（PLC、SCADA等）及び産業用ロボットが武田の技術標準に適合するように指導監視する。

• 医薬品製造のための変更管理に関する基礎概念を遵守し実行する責任を持つ。

• システム関連の仕様、SOPの制改訂をサポートする。

• システムを最新に保つためソフトウェアのライフサイクル活動をサポートする。

• 生産プロセスに対する最適で堅牢な制御システムの導入立案に貢献する。

応募要件

• At least +10 years experiences of engineering in pharmaceutical industry, including at least 7 years in Automation system engineering.

• Must have business level of English/Japanese verbal communication ability and reading/ writing skills in English/Japanese

• People and organization management experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree of Engineering

• ７年以上のオートメーションシステムエンジニアの経験を含む １０年以上の製薬業界におけるエンジニアリングの経験

• ビジネスレベルの英語・日本によるコミュニケーション、リーディング・ライティングのスキル必須

• 組織人材管理の経験

• 工学系の学士もしくは修士

• Experience of working in overseas countries

• Experience of BMS, EMS, SCADA, Packaging Units & controls, Equipment & PLCs/HMI, Batching systems, Industrial robots

• 海外勤務経験

昇給：原則年1回　

賞与: 原則年2回

勤務時間：本社（大阪市中央区・東京都中央区）9:00～17:30 、工場（山口県光市・大阪市淀川区）8:00～16:45 、（千葉県成田市）8:45～17:15 、 研究所（神奈川県藤沢市）9:00～17:45

休日：土曜、日曜、祝日、メーデー、年末年始など（年間123日程度）

働き方関連制度：フレックスタイム制、テレワーク勤務制導入（対象社員）

休暇：年次有給休暇、特別有給休暇、傷病休暇、ファミリーサポート休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇、子の看護休暇、介護休暇
