Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
根据公司及所在营销地区的营销策略，为营销部门提供销售支持。
负责跟踪、记录所在大区营销代表的销售相关数据，整理并提交报表并录入营销系统（AMMIC）。
负责整理、统计所在大区营销人员编制情况并及时更新给人力资源部，并协助协调所在大区营销人员招聘、入职等工作。
负责所在大区的营销费用报账和活动费用申请的管理，所在大区的日常报销及日常费用的支出。
负责所在大区的销售文件管理、档案管理和相关资料整理归档工作。
负责所在大区日常行政支持工作，协助协调所在大区销售会议、城市会议的组织工作。
Qualifications & Skills:
熟练使用计算机办公软件
具备一定的英语听说读写能力
具有良好的语言表达能力及清晰的沟通协调能力
