  • 作为区域业务负责人,树立治疗理念,推动跨职能校准,为患者提供更好的治疗环境,提高疾病管理的实际经验
  • 传播、交流疾病和产品相关的科学信息,为患者争取更好的解决方案

主要职责

  • 具备较强的政策和市场敏锐度,制定所负责区域的业务计划,确保实际执行与消化事业部战略的一致并能完成既定目标;
  • 与市场部和医学部合作执行中央层面项目,包括院内培训和其他跟进事务;
  • 主导COE层面的医院疾病观念推广活动;
  • 与跨部门团队合作,了解患者需求并提出量身定制的解决方案;
  • 与武田患者服务团队合作,支持区域HCP更好执行PSP项目(即患者教育、区域输注中心、DBS项目等)。为PSP项目中的第三方提供相关培训支持;
  • 与武田患者教育团队合作,更好地宣传区域政策;
  • 定期拜访并向关注消化病的HCP、官员、付款人传达与疾病和产品相关的真实世界信息;
  • 与负责区域的市场准入团队共同拜访政策相关负责人;
  • 收集并熟悉区域有关消化疾病的相关政策,并编制相关报告;
  • 组织跨部门团队开会,形成共识,寻找业务机会并跟进相应行动计划;
  • 严格遵守公司合规政策和SOP要求。

Qualifications & Skills:

教育背景

本科或以上学历

相关领域工作经验

必须具备医学、药学或生物科学学位;

有5年重点医院KOL客户互动经验(作为销售、市场或者医学);

有DM、RPM、医疗、大客户、市场准入背景优先;

专业知识与技能

具备较强的政策和市场敏锐度;

有创业心态,面临困难能快速寻求解决方案;

能够快速学习并相应地执行行动计划;

能够分析复杂问题并简明扼要地解释;

与不同背景的人有良好的人际交往能力;

能够挑战现状,向市场部和其他内部部门提出建议,以获得最佳结果;

有能力影响、激励跨职能团队成员和相关者推动成果;
