作为区域业务负责人，树立治疗理念，推动跨职能校准，为患者提供更好的治疗环境，提高疾病管理的实际经验
传播、交流疾病和产品相关的科学信息，为患者争取更好的解决方案

主要职责

具备较强的政策和市场敏锐度，制定所负责区域的业务计划，确保实际执行与消化事业部战略的一致并能完成既定目标；
与市场部和医学部合作执行中央层面项目，包括院内培训和其他跟进事务；
主导COE层面的医院疾病观念推广活动；
与跨部门团队合作，了解患者需求并提出量身定制的解决方案；
与武田患者服务团队合作，支持区域HCP更好执行PSP项目（即患者教育、区域输注中心、DBS项目等）。为PSP项目中的第三方提供相关培训支持；
与武田患者教育团队合作，更好地宣传区域政策；
定期拜访并向关注消化病的HCP、官员、付款人传达与疾病和产品相关的真实世界信息；
与负责区域的市场准入团队共同拜访政策相关负责人；
收集并熟悉区域有关消化疾病的相关政策，并编制相关报告；
组织跨部门团队开会，形成共识，寻找业务机会并跟进相应行动计划；
严格遵守公司合规政策和SOP要求。

Qualifications & Skills:

教育背景

本科或以上学历

相关领域工作经验

必须具备医学、药学或生物科学学位；

有5年重点医院KOL客户互动经验（作为销售、市场或者医学）；

有DM、RPM、医疗、大客户、市场准入背景优先；

专业知识与技能

具备较强的政策和市场敏锐度；

有创业心态，面临困难能快速寻求解决方案；

能够快速学习并相应地执行行动计划；

能够分析复杂问题并简明扼要地解释；

与不同背景的人有良好的人际交往能力；

能够挑战现状，向市场部和其他内部部门提出建议，以获得最佳结果；

有能力影响、激励跨职能团队成员和相关者推动成果；
