Job Description

This role is instrumental in acting as a “Quarterback” to manage the Partner ecosystem, understanding the complexities and dependencies of all work in progress and relaying those to the brand teams and their agencies in terms of impacts to projects, schedule and budgetThis close and detailed work provides an avenue for key stakeholders to make real-time adjustments and informed decisions in order tomeet delivery expectations. 
The Sr. Program Manager works at an enterprise level toestablishbestprogram delivery practices and standards for partners in the partner ecosystem and is accountable to ensuring compliance. This role is also accountable for developing a Master Program Plan and a Master Program Budget, incorporating and assimilating all the details and elements of the individual project plans and budgets.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining effective and cohesive working relationships with key business stakeholders, Agency Partners, and DD&T colleagues 

  •  Interacting productively with others in order tomaintain and promote a positive and productive work environment.

  • Acting as the MarTechQuarterback – keeping key stakeholders apprised of changes to the Master Schedule and Budget

  • Creation of a Master Project Schedule and Budget – management and maintenance of both on an ongoing basis 

  • Brand/Enterprise Awareness/Risk Assessment 

  • Management of the intersection between Brand Creative and Technology

  • Development and Maintenance of a Program Roadmap

  • Creation of RACIs for the Partner Ecosystem

  • Financial Management

  • Work Intake and Trafficking

  • Resolution of conflicts, including scope, schedule, resource, budget, quality, and communication 

  • Experience helping define functional and business requirements

  • Lead the various Agile ceremonies with the development teams and relevant stakeholders

What are we looking for?

  • 5 - 7+ Years of relevant experience – prior marketing operations or program management exp. a pre-requisite

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience  

  • Previous healthcare industry experience preferred

  • Pharmaceutical Industry experience strongly preferred

  • Experience with scaled Agile methodologies

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred

  • Strong consulting skills with a “servant leadership” attitude

  • Ability to develop strategic plans and complex budgets and timelines

  • Familiarity with multiple project tools including: Smartsheet, Workfront, Azure DevOps/JIRA

  • Effective communicator (written and verbal)

  • Planning and sequencing experience

  • Experience leading a wide range of different project teams

  • Strong time management skills

  • Strong personal organization

  • Strong decision-making and facilitation skills

  • Ability to build relationships with all project stakeholders, both internal and external thus fostering the ability to ease communication and build trust. 

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to anticipate and assess risk

  • Emotional intelligence – self-awareness, professional maturity, ability to keep calm when situations escalate, filter issues from trickling down to the team
