The Opportunity

As a Software Developer you will be responsible for transforming design and product vision into working product and you will develop, customize, and enhance functionalities of Microsoft Power Platform and/or Custom Development based solutions. You will contribute to development of a cutting-edge platform that empowers our organization's digital capabilities for Patients and Healthcare Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other agile/scrum team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements 

• Maintain and develop for digital products (client facing application side) and continuously delivers enhancements

• Use agile engineering practices and various software development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience 

• You have a strong sense of logical process, and can translate business requirements into technical steps, as well as make recommendations for process improvement to the benefit of your clients.

• You are a self-starter and creative thinker.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, product management or a related study, or equivalent experience. 

• Hands-on software development experience or relevant software development coursework with any object-oriented programming language like Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Willingness to invest in developing Microsoft Power Platform skills.

• Ability to continuously enhances own skills.

• Ability to write and speak in the English language.
