The Opportunity
As Insight and Analytics Service Line you will be responsible for delivering Customer Insights Solutions to Global Oncology Business by partnering with Internal Customers, Regional / Country Business Excellence leaders and Customer Facing Shared Service Platform organization to deliver solutions.
Objectives
- Be the owner of all Insights Related Demand for the Global Oncology Business Unit that gets prioritized during the quarterly/annual prioritization process.
- Be the single point of Contact for internal Customers and own all delivery, support and Operations related demands of the internal customer.
- Collaborate with GOBU DDT Organization and Enterprise Solutions teams to do the solution design, provide SME and Consulting services, delivery assurance on the business needs, ensure enhancement of the customer Insights solutions and drive adoption of these.
- Own the communication on Financials, Status Reports and other information with the relevant Stakeholders
Skills and QualificationsEssential
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7-8 years IT experience
- 5+ years relevant progressive experiences
- Extensive program/project/product management experience, including SDLC and Agile execution experience.
- Experience in Delivering Insights and Analytics solution on AWS and Power BI platforms.
- Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
- Ability to analyze a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.
- Ability to assess strengths and weaknesses of staff members and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Ability to write and speak in the English language
Desired
- In-depth pharmaceutical industry and experience.
- Experience with Customer Facing applications and systems like CRM, and Omni-Channel, including knowledge of systems typically used by the pharmaceutical industry in the Commercial space.
