募集部門の紹介

成田工場(千葉県成田市)エンジニアリング室は、医薬品製造工場・研究所の設備(生産・研究設備、空調、配管、電気、計装)に関するオーナーズ・エンジニアリング業務(自社の立場に立ったエンジニアリング業務)を実施して成田工場のすべての設備のライフサイクル(導入立上げ・運用・更新)を支えている部門です。

職務内容

- 工場基幹ユーティリティ設備の基本計画、技術検討、将来計画を立案すると共に、工事実施に際して設計、取引先への製作指示、コミッショニングを行うことで設備導入を図る。

- 上記の生産設備を設置する建物ならびに建物設備の企画、立案、設計、取引先への製作指示、コミッショニング、クオリフィケーションを行い、建設プロジェクトを実施する。

- ステークホルダから要件をヒアリングの上で生産設備、用役設備のフィージビリティスタディ、コンセプトデザインの検討を行い、設備計画を取りまとめる。

- 生産設備や用役設備の中長期的な計画を策定・管理を行うことでサイト戦略を立案する。

- 品質保証に関する業務を理解して必要なドキュメントの作成、レビューを行う。

応募要件

<実務経験>

生産機械設備、建物設備(空調、ユーティリティ設備(コンプレッサ、冷凍機、精製水設備など)、工場基幹用役設備(ボイラ、自家発電設備、変電設備など)に関する技術知識ならびにプロジェクトを遂行した経験

5年以上の建設、またはエンジニアリング業界での設計や現場管理の職務経験

<スキル・資格>

英語の基本的なコミュニケーション能力と読み書き能力。

薬事法、GMP, GLP, HACCPなどの規制関連知識(あれば尚可)

エネルギ管理士、公害防止管理者、高圧ガス製造保安責任者、冷凍機械保安責任者、消防設備士、建築士等(あれば尚可)

<学歴>

機械工学、建築工学、または電気・電子工学エンジニアリングの学位、若しくは準ずる知見を有していること。

  • Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year

  • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
