募集部門の紹介

成田工場は、原薬(血漿分画)製造工程、製剤製造工程、検査包装工程と、血漿から製剤までの一貫した製造工程を持ち、幅広い製造技術や知識を所有しています。マニュファクチャリングサイエンス部では、それぞれの製造工程の技術的サポートからプロセス改善、申請業務、技術移管を行います。環境や無菌操作面を含めた品質の改善に加えて、収率向上などのプロセスの改善では、パイロットスケールで効果を検証し実際の商用ラインへ適用し、製造、品質、EHS、エンジニアリングと緊密に提携して、業務を行います。日々の製造プロセスの改善や設計に携わることができ、幅広いスキルや経験を取得することができます。

タケダの米国と欧州の工場とも協働することで、グローバルな要件やベストプラクティスの技術情報を得ることができ、さらに英語等の自己啓発につながる教育も実施しています。

今回は、血漿の分画工程や精製工程のプロセスのバリデーション実施項目の選定や理論構築、その後の申請業務の経験があり、柔軟に対応できる方を募集します。既存製品の製造法改良、新規製品の製造法のバリデーション、グローバル製品の導入や新工場建設に向けて新規に実施するバリデーションなどを、今後の安定生産に向け、一緒に構築していくことに興味のある方を歓迎します。

職務内容

医薬品製造の血漿分画/生成工程*のプロセスバリデーションの担当者として、以下の業務を担当いただきます。

（*原料血漿から分画(遠心分離やろ過など)を行って薬効成分を抽出し、精製するプロセス）

プロセスバリデーション業務(既存製品や新製品のPQやPPQ、技術移管によるPQやPPQなどの対応)
CQAやCPPを考慮したプロセス特性解析、スケールアップを含めたバリデーション項目の選定や実行
プロセスバリデーションに付随する業務(プロセスデザイン、計画書/報告書の作成、プロセス関連トラブル改善、申請書作成、査察業務などの対応)

必須

＜学歴＞

高卒以上で、薬学、工学、理学、農学系などの分野を専攻された方、もしくは同等の知識・経験・スキルを有する方

＜実務経験・知識＞

製薬工場の製造現場の技術サポートの知識や経験
医薬品（注射剤）の開発、製造、原薬/製剤技術など、注射剤製造に関連する経験（目安３年）
API Technologyの知識
薬機法、GMPなどの規制に関する知識
英語での協議（目安：TOEIC 500点以上）
国内当局査察対応の知識

無菌・製造サポート業務(生産トラブル対応、逸脱、是正/予防措置の対応)の経験
