GQ成田製薬品質部試験グループは製品完成前までのあらゆる検査を行い、品質基準を満たしているかをチェックし、市場に製品を出す時点の品質管理に責任を持ちます。

工程管理及び出荷試験並びに原材料試験に関わる理化学試験業務

応募要件（必須）

＜実務経験＞

医薬品製造業での品質管理にて分析業務の経験があり、かつ洗浄バリデーションのノウハウ及び試験法開発並びに試験機器のクオリフィケーションの実績がある方
理化学試験の実務経験3年以上

＜学歴＞

大卒以上

＜スキル＞

GMP省令、日本薬局方、PIC/S GMPの知識
バリデーションやサンプリングのテクニカルスキル
データ解析能力
技術文書の作成スキル
メソッドバリデーションの理解

＜その他ケーパビリティ＞

プロセス理解と洗浄手順の開発・最適化能力
規制基準への適合性を確保する能力
データ収集と分析によるバリデーションの実施能力
チームと協力して問題解決を図るコミュニケーション能力

この仕事のやりがい

日本で販売している成田の血漿分画製剤については、自ら試験し品質を確認したことで市場に提供することになる。すなわち、その製品は日本でただ一人、自分しかその試験を実施していないことで、間接的ではあるが患者への貢献をより感じることができる。

Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.
Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
