募集部門の紹介

成田サプライチェーン室では、生産計画の立案、原材料・資材の調達、物流センターへの製品出荷、倉庫マネジメント等、多岐に渡る業務を担っています。工場内の司令塔として、安定供給を確保するために各部門と連携しながら業務を推進しています。

職務内容

生産計画および購入原料、輸入中間体含む供給計画全般を策定・管理する。

  • 供給計画の策定:生産計画の策定、原料・輸入中間体の購入
  • 在庫管理: 必要な在庫レベルを維持し、在庫過多や不足を防ぐための戦略策定
  • ERPシステム:ERPを活用したSystem Planningの標準化と精緻化
  • 内部関係者と綿密なコミュニケーションを行い、情報共有と協力関係を構築

This role will manage supply planning including production schedule in manufacturing site and purchasing raw materials, importing raw intermediates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supply Planning: Developing production plan and purchasing raw materials, importing intermediates
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining required inventory levels and develop strategies to prevent excess or shortage of stock
  • ERP System: Standardization and sophistication of System Planning utilizing ERP
  • Communication: Engaging in close communication with internal stakeholders to build information sharing and cooperative relationships

<学歴> 学士号

<必須要件 - 実務経験>

  • Supply Plannerとしての業務経験(3年以上)
  • SAP(APO, ECC)の業務経験

<スキル・資格>

  • 様々な部門と円滑にコミュニケーションができる高いコミュニケーションスキル
  • ExcelやBIツールを用いたデータ分析能力

<語学>

  • ビジネスレベルの英語(Reading, Writing)
  • 中級レベルの英語(Oral communication)

<望ましい要件>

  • 製薬業界での業務経験

      • Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45

      • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
