【募集部門の紹介】
成田工場(千葉県成田市)エンジニアリング室は、医薬品製造工場・研究所の設備(生産・研究設備、空調、配管、電気、計装)に関するオーナーズ・エンジニアリング業務(自社の立場に立ったエンジニアリング業務)を実施して成田工場のすべての設備のライフサイクル(導入立上げ・運用・更新)を支えている部門です。

職務内容

  • 製剤設備の予防保全、設備のメンテナンス計画の立案及び実施

  • 製剤製造設備のトラブル時の修理、工程改善活動

  • 製剤製造設備の老朽化による設備更新業務

  • クオリフィケーション、バリデーション、キャリブレーションの実施および管理

必須要件

  • 製剤設備の機械及び電気保全経験3年以上

  • GMPに関する知識を有する事

  • 機械および電気制御・PLCに関する専門知識

  • 日本語でのコミュニケーション(口語、読み書き)

  • 夜間、休日の緊急対応が可能

  • 協調性がある方

望ましい要件

  • 機械・電気・設備保全に関する資格

  • 医薬品以外に、食品製造設備等の生産設備保全の経験
