Job Description

PROPÓSITO DEL ROL:

El Sr. Product Analyst será responsable de garantizar las aprobaciones regulatorias y el mantenimiento de los permisos y licencias vigentes. Este rol tiene como objetivo principal asegurar el cumplimiento legal interno y externo mediante un enfoque colaborativo Cross funcional, apoyando así la misión de Takeda de mejorar la salud de las personas y construir un futuro más brillante para el mundo.  

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Revisar, compilar y presentar solicitudes para nuevos productos y variaciones de productos, así como realizar el seguimiento adecuado para la aprobación con la agencia local (Medicamentos huérfanos, Biológicos, Vacunas y Dispositivos Médicos).
  • Gestionar la evaluación de impacto regulatorio y brindar orientación sobre temas de cumplimiento de productos, incluyendo controles de cambios y desviaciones en sistemas corporativos como TW, PRISM & Spectrum, MEDIVA, entre otros, según corresponda.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio en la gestión del ciclo de vida del portafolio (renovaciones, variaciones (CMC y no CMC), actualizaciones de etiquetado, etc.).
  • Solicitar cambios de etiquetas y aprobar los diseños/maquetas, así como gestionar el proceso en el sistema FOCUS.
  • Mantener las bases de datos regulatorias globales y locales para asegurar registros precisos de las actividades regulatorias.
  • Coordinar la traducción para las presentaciones regulatorias locales.
  • Mantenerse actualizado y asegurar el cumplimiento de los SOPs en RIMS (Mediva), según corresponda.
  • Participar de manera proactiva en todas las actividades definidas según el puesto y el rol, dentro del marco de las reuniones de Activación de Lanzamiento, Reuniones Técnicas y SWG.
  • Brindar apoyo en la preparación de aplicaciones para licitaciones.
  • Realizar tareas de Inteligencia Regulatoria según lo acordado con el negocio local.
  • Realizar tareas administrativas relacionadas con el área, según sea necesario (gestión de órdenes de compra, gestión de presupuestos, contratos con proveedores, etc.).

HABILIDADES, COMPETENCIAS Y EXPERIENCIA:

  • Título universitario en Farmacia, Biotecnología, bioquímico, entre otros.
  • 2-3 años de experiencia profesional reciente.
  • Conocimiento profundo en: trackwise, VEEVA, Mediva.
  • Conocimiento de regulaciones actuales locales.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado.
  • Deseable: experiencia en registro sanitario, en productos sintéticos o biológicos.
  • Mentalidad orientada al servicio.
  • Persona enfocada a resultados.
  • Abierta a tener un desarrollo continuo dentro de la empresa.
