The Opportunity
Takeda’s Agile coaches supportthe implementation of Takeda’s Agile Framework (TAF) and oversee the development of Agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organization.
Responsibilities
GuideAgile teams as they use Takeda’s Agile Framework to adopt new ways of working through multiple Agile methodologies, including Kanban, Agile Scrum and SAFe.
Advisetechnical leads on staffing, mobilizing, activating, and sustaining Agile teams.
Coach and Mentor Product Managers/Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members as they work to improve team dynamics, velocity, psychological safety, and delivery of value.
Aid Scrum Masters and Agile team members in the use of Jira, Confluence, and other internally supported tools to manage Agile projects.
Assess best practices and determine necessary adjustments to improve team agility.
SupportProduct Managers and Functional/Chapter leads to maximize team effectiveness through structures that incorporate best Agile/Lean practices.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or other relevant work experience.
8+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.
Thorough understanding of OKRs,Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe methodologies.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.
Experience developing learning content using recognized instructional design methodologies.
Business mindset coupled with intense intellectual curiosity.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others to move toward common goals.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Demonstrated knowledge or interest in digital technologies.
Understanding of latest digital trends and direction of digital innovation.
Knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in English language
Preferred
Healthcare and Life Sciences industry experience desired
Industry-recognized Agile and / or DevOps Qualifications,
Preferred Technical Degree (or equivalent experience)

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 4450 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
