About the Role:
As a Technical Project Manager within the ICC PDT Supply Chain IT portfolio, you will be responsible for implementing product feature roadmaps and managing product delivery to meet Takeda's strategic objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, oversee development teams, and manage the product lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.

This role emphasizes becoming a subject matter expert on IT applications within the portfolio, analysing system interactions, ensuring efficient data flow, and supporting proactive monitoring of business processes and system performance. This role will work closely with PDT DD&T Supply Chain and the larger Supply Chain team across India, aligning with the ERP chapter of the ICC. You’ll report to the ICC PDT Leadership team for strategic direction.

How You Will Contribute:

• Roadmap Implementation: Execute product feature roadmaps to achieve target outcomes, reporting on performance metrics and progress.
• Business Process Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end business processes within the Plasma Supply Chain, ensuring efficient data flow and seamless system integration.
• System Interaction Expertise: Analyse complex data flows across multiple systems (e.g., Anaplan, DIS, ODS, PSA, APDS), understanding interactions and identifying impacts of new features, system issues, and dependencies.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Drive the delivery of the product lifecycle by determining feature specifications and requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Documentation and User Stories: Create clear documentation to visualize business scenarios, construct thorough user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, and provide input on testing approaches.
• Proactive Monitoring & Issue Diagnosis: Monitor data and processes holistically to identify and address potential disruptions proactively. Summarize technical issues for non-technical stakeholders, assist in root cause analysis, and propose high-level solutions.
• Agile Delivery: Utilize Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MIRO) to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Design and Testing: Lead design reviews, provide functional inputs during PFMEA exercises, and ensure quality builds through comprehensive testing, including UAT.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product managers, business users, and IT teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks. Provide feedback on prioritization of enhancements, bug fixes, and system improvements.
• Health Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on system health metrics, presenting insights to the Steering Committee on system performance and operational efficiency.
• System Logic Understanding: Understand how business logic is implemented in systems, interpret pseudocode, and provide input on system design improvements.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience with a bachelor’s degree or 7 years of IT experience without a bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Business Process Re-engineering tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Miro).
  • Experience in planning and managing all phases of system development, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and application support.
• Skills:
  • Strong ability to analyse, learn, and apply knowledge to upstream/downstream system applications and integrations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to summarize complex technical issues for diverse stakeholders.
• Desired:
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer-facing industries.
  • Solution architecture experience.
  • Product management experience.
• Certifications:
  • Agile, Product Owner/Manager, or Project Manager certifications are preferred.
