About the role:
Manages platform delivery within the Takeda portfolio and is responsible for the day-to-day development and alignment of delivery to the strategic vision.
The Platform Owner is focused on delivery, release plans, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

How you will contribute:
* Direct the effort of staff engineers/developers in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of platforms and their components
* Authorize and oversee platform design, plan projects, establish and monitor progress, and ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and properly integrated
* Direct the development and configuration of platforms from conceptualization through stabilization
* Oversee effort in testing, debugging, and documenting platforms
* Direct effort to plan all activities associated with implementation and maintenance of platforms
* Direct effort to provide support to production support service requests and perform routine maintenance and support activities
* Direct effort, use established requirements management methodology and tools, to identify, verify and document business, functional and technical requirements to support development of technology and/or business-driven technology solutions
* Direct effort to work with IT Architects to define business solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and priorities, as well as the target benefits expected
* Oversee effort to identify new hardware/software technologies to fit specialized business needs and configurations

• Lead complex data analysis, uses and explores data, languages, tools and software to best construct data for predictive modelling, tests the model, trains data to deploy the modelling within complex business environments and a large complexity of IT systems and data.

• Manage and develop technical existing and new computer science platforms to design, to analyze and implement complex and new data driven solutions, with an impact on the IT Structure and Architecture.

• Interpret and develop advance techniques in partly structured and unstructured big data across different partner organizations.

* Analyzes and understands customer requirements to guide platform service development.
* Develops and manages platform services, ensuring they meet business and operational needs.
* Plans and manages significant platform changes, aligning with overall business strategies.
* Applies Agile and SDLC methodologies to manage projects efficiently.
* Utilizes DevSecOps tools and methodologies to enhance platform security and operations.
* Adheres to GDT platform, service, integration, and architecture standards.
* Leads teams effectively, fostering collaboration and innovation.
* Strategically plans IT architecture to support business goals and technology integration.
* Innovates within complex situations, recommending improvements and guiding others in creative processes.
* Implements DevOps concepts to optimize platform performance and reliability.
* Manages and mentors teams, setting objectives and delegating tasks to achieve operational success.
* Guides the adoption of new technologies to enhance platform functionality and business agility.Develop, configure and manage Finance platforms, solutions, applications, processes and systems within scope according to business requirements and increases the value of the application to the finance business community
