OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

• The ICC Bangalore Pricing Platform and Data Steward Team Lead is expected to help establish a GPA/GPP pricing platform and data steward team presence in ICC Bangalore. This will involve working closely with stakeholders across different teams and functions (ICC Bangalore, DD&T, GPA/GPP etc.) The team lead is expected to provide the strategic direction and oversight in the establishment of an internal data stewardship capability that will facilitate price governance and price analytics.

• The Team lead should have experience of people management, building capability in equivalent centers in India, experience of working with senior internal stakeholders and is a SME in Pricing and Access. Track record of driving innovation, collaboration and mentoring talent

• The team lead should foster an understanding of decision making and related impact on access and business across partner functions as necessary. The role requires the right capabilities and the right mindset to drive collaboration, impact, and innovation to realize our short- and long-term goals to fulfill our vision.

• Building and recruiting the GPP/GPA ICC Data Steward team 

• Work effectively across functions and geographies with a focus on customer needs to achieve goals and ensure stakeholder alignment.

• People management, development and mentoring of the ICC GPP/GPA Data Steward team

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Essential

• Bachelor's in economics, engineering or business, with a tech focus (e.g. IT, systems administration)

• Minimum 10 years' experience in life sciences and tech or Pricing and Access system-related activities, with a successful track record of delivering measurable business results

• Process oriented and able to lead the building, implementation and execution of complex processes

• Strong organizational and office technology skills

• Comfortable managing and leading an international cross-functional team and stakeholders

• Proficient in IT systems terminology

• Strategic mindset, critical thinker & problem solver 

• Comfortable with ambiguity and experience of working in multi-matriced organizations 

• Excellent communications skills
