Duties & Responsibilities :

a. Coordinator of deviation investigation management

b. Handling of product return (manage SOPs, inspection and reporting), product reject and product recall

c. Prepare and/or review of product quality review (PQR)

d. Responsible for Quality Shop-floor program in Production and Packaging Area

e. Becoming Secretary of Halal Management Team and Future Penyelia Halal

f. Future Delegate Responsible Pharmacist
