Job Description

OBJECTIVES : 
- Support on Plant operation activity from financial perspective (Capex, Inventory and operation cost reporting).
- Ensure internal control are in place
- Support on ad hoc and business case 

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Fully responsible in handling budget and cost management for factory overhead (budget preparation, engage with related department, drive the result, analysis budget and actual,hands on the system for FOH budgeting and give recommendation for anticipating risk of factory overhead expenses)
2. Conduct month end close activities for plant operation including but not limited to inventory closing, Indirect PO, inventory provision, AUC, IPC allocation (quarterly) HFM notes and IC Margin (quarterly).
3. Coordinate inventory stock take with related department (Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production) twice a year.
4. Provide Monthly closing report and its analysis (volume, productivity, CAPEX, DIO, FTE, Inventory movement, variance and indirect cost by department).
5. Review and ensure completeness and correctness of documentation related with request form, bidding statement, sales non inventory, advance and reimbursement
6. Manage budget of CAPEX, AUC and Fixed asset (capitalization, disposal and transfer)
7. Conduct annual physical count asset and tagging new asset for Bekasi Plant.
8. Maintain material master data and costing run
9. Involve in budgeting preparation and business case
10. Review SOP related with Plant Finance
11. Undergo to support regular and ad-hoc audits including Financial/Statutory audit, SOX, Internal control, Tax, Internal, Other External
12. Work collaboratively with commercial team if needed

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
- Min Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance Management
- Experience min 3-4 years in cost accounting (manufacturing company)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Hands on off MS office and SAP
- Good initiative, commitment on target, drive solution, and improves continously
- Good presentations and communication skills
