Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   分析分管产品的市场销售趋势，为销售团队制定销售指标提供参考依据。
2.   制定分管产品的市场推广策略及具体行动计划，提高分管产品的市场价值。
3.   组织实施分管产品的市场推广计划，并跟踪计划执行的有效性并不断优化，以支持销售团队达成销售指标。
4.   组织各类市场活动，提高分管产品的学术形象，并评估营销活动和策略的效果，以不断改进推广工作
5.   制定分管产品的年度市场营销费用总体预算，分配和管理市场营销费用，确保对分管产品市场投入的最大产出。
6.   为销售团队提供分管产品的市场竞争状况、营销工具应用等相关培训，提高销售团队对分管产品的了解程度。
7.   根据业务策略，开发清晰全面且有吸引力的市场活动，以提升品牌知名度和KOL参与度
8.   监督营销材料的制作和分发，确保与品牌形象和策略一致
9.   与客户和利益相关者建立强有力的关系，以支持品牌目标实现

Qualifications & Skills:

本科及以上学历，医学、药学或市场营销专业为佳
8年及以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验
有肿瘤市场推广经验为佳
熟练使用计算机办公软件
良好的英语听说读写能力
具有较强的沟通协调能力及组织能力
