Job Description

Job Title: Product Executive – Rare Diseases

Location: Thailand, Bangkok

About the role:

  • To implement Takeda’s micro-marketing activities in an assigned territory and conduct follow-up activities with healthcare professionals to maximize sales and profit of responsible brands and TA.

  • Primary contact person for target customers according to corresponding requirements along the patient journey

  • Key territory: Hybrid (BKK - Southern), Thailand

How you will contribute:

  • Responsible for customer facing activities primarily focusing on customer engagement at designated accounts, engaging physician offices and healthcare organizations and providing academic support tackling pain- points of the full patient journey (Awareness, Diagnosis, Treatment, Follow up)

  • Organize micro-marketing activities and scientific meetings face to face or remotely e.g. Regional networking, Hospital networking, Round table discussion, Booth exhibition, Webinar etc. for rare disease metabolic, immunology portfolio with customers delivering customized presentations based on the customer's needs to drive brand awareness and achieve of sales target in responsible territory.

  • Take a leadership role in account management to communicate and coordinate cross-functional team (market access, medical, marketing & KAM) to ensure the alignment with brand direction and maximize Takeda value. Closely monitor the impact of initiatives, provide insight from the market and be able to suggest reshaping if needed.

  • Analyze data and insights and develop business plan by account/territory

What you bring to Takeda:

EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharmacy / Medical Science) and MBA is a plus

  • At least two years of experience in pharmaceutical business e.g. sales, marketing

  • Able to develop initiative models/scenarios following risks and opportunities.

  • Strong execution of work and proven collaborative working (Internal & External stakeholders) for the result.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset looks beyond uncertainties.

  • High-level communication and networking skills.

  • Direct experience in related therapeutic is preferable.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

         Need to travel locally within the assigned district. 60% of the time.
