Job Description
We are looking for candidates from Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Bosnia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Albania or Baltic countries for the position of CRM Specialist and Content Management Specialist.
Working place can be in any of the above countries.
Role Objective
- Responsible for day-to-day management and support of Takeda’s CRM (customer relationship management platform) and Content Management system (eg. Promomats, MARV) in MCO EE.
- Rollout the Content Excellence capabilities in Takeda’s content management systems in partnership with LOC champions
Responsibilities
- Providing CRM system and data management support to the internal customers in the MCO EE, guiding teams to appropriate support channels where necessary
- Responsible for providing support on data queries and analysis to the business.
- Act in an advisory capacity to business units on how to use the platform to support business performance.
- Delivery of training to the field-based and head office associates on use of the platform and maintenance of training materials
- Define and perform data quality analysis; Identifying data quality issues and providing potential solutions to resolve them.
- Drive the rollout of new capabilities in the Content Management systems, such as content authoring (Shaman), tagging, content sharing and reuse capabilities, DAM, Content data generation and modular content
- Ensure data standards are aligned between CRM and Content Management systems
- Responsible for change management and communication in the MCO EE countries to enhance use and importance of customer and content data and associated systems and technology.
- Drive cross LOC collaboration and seek opportunity to leverage LOC work, steal with pride & scale up across MCO EE LOCs
- Drives consent management strategy and being the point of contact for MCO EE countries.
