THE OPPORTUNITY

  • As a Learning Lead, you will manage the execution of the program learning strategy, ensuring an exceptional experience for all people
  • You will be leading learning activities, establishing and maintaining learning methodologies, content, and processes
  • You will oversee the application of best practice learning across the full learning cycle
  • End-to-end management of all aspects of learning for Data, Digital, and Technology projects
  • Govern and planning budget and costs related to investments in learning

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End-to-end management of learning, including but not limited to:
    • Investigation of learning needs
    • Learning evaluations & feedback analysis
    • Learning content/material development
    • Learning & user adoption tools
    • Training Delivery Management
    • Learning Management System (LMS) and Document Management System (DMS)
    • Learning Governance
  •  Guidance and oversight of resources executing activities by conducting quality checks to ensure adherence to learning governance and strategy via standard documentation and processes.
  • Drive innovation in the learning experience to continuously improve all aspects of the learning cycle and meet the users' needs through their digital journey.
  • Managing learning demand and prioritization
  • Management of the learning team in their delivery
  • Identify potential for improvement of learning which leads to, e.g., an improved trainee experience, enhanced quality of content, more efficient management of learning, more effective knowledge transfer, reduction of learning costs
  • As a member of the Change Management and Communications team, support other team activities as needed

DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise:

  • Expert knowledge of learning best practice
  • Capabilities across multiple training formats
  • Learning expertise within the pharmaceutical environment

Interaction:

  • External relationships required with vendors for learning services
  • Internal relationships required across the Data Digital & Technology organization

Innovation:

  • Strong innovation in digital learning formats and diversity of method

Complexity:

  • Training across multiple products, projects, and regions considering user needs and cultural differences.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

Essential:

  • Appropriate Bachelor’s in a related specialization area (e.g., Learning, IS, HR with L&D Specialization) is essential.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an area of Training/Learning/OCM
  • Minimum 5 years experience in learning for ERP Products e.g., SAP ECC, JDE, Ariba, MDG
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading learning initiatives in Global IT/SAP Programs executing operational activities in multiple deployments (TNA, training curriculum, planning training, tracking training progress and evidence, DMS/LMS administration and support, etc.)
  • Capabilities across multiple platforms (SAP, SAP Ariba, Leonardo, MDG, JDE)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or a highly regulated environment
  • Experience in managerial/leadership roles
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Solid IT skills and a quick learner of new project systems

Desirable:

  • Experience in business partnering, providing a support service internally to business stakeholders
  • Ability to lead change in a cross-functional organization
  • Ability to work successfully in multicultural teams and to build strong relationships with key local and global stakeholders

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Travel could be required
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones as per project requirements
